Program Planning

The Continuum
For our team, planning an initiative is not triggered by an "RFP" (Request for Proposal) but, rather, is part of a continuum of research, analysis, and ongoing communication with leading universities, academicians, clinicians, CME providers, medical associations, and other healthcare experts to identify educational needs. Because of these partnerships we are able to take a proactive stance in working together to design programs that respond to clinical challenges, with the goal of improving patient care.

Solid Foundation
The architecture of each educational initiative is supported by a comprehensive needs assessment that includes the review of past and current literature and clinician surveys, and also reflects a culmination of discussion with our partners about relevant data and optimal ways to bring evidence-based education to our audiences. These discussions prove to be invaluable in helping to set precise direction for multiple learning opportunities.

Focus and Structure
Because of our thoroughness and diligence in laying the foundation for an initiative, we approach each task with clarity and confidence. Our focus is uniform from department to department as we develop content and collaborate on creative components. From start to finish, our work flow is structured by internal procedures, check points, and routine evaluations that ensure quality control and full compliance with ACCME guidelines.
