Overview
At MEDCON every initiative begins with an interdepartmental meeting in which each program component is discussed at length. Particular attention is paid to providing a clinical overview of the therapeutic area and associated educational challenges in a way that can be understood by each team member regardless of specific science background. Ample time is devoted to brainstorming creative concepts to ensure that graphic branding closely correlates with the science and with key teaching points of the program.

Once a grant is approved, each department performs its work using customized schedules, templates, and software that facilitate accurate transition of content as it circulates through the system. Our meticulous electronic filing enables every team member to store and retrieve documents in an identical fashion—an efficiency that allows us to spend more time on the critical functions of thinking, writing, creating, and producing.
